Ghazipur: The UP Trade Show Swadeshi Mela 2025 was organized at Lanka Maidan, Ghazipur, where the exhibition and sale of indigenous products were held. The exhibition was first observed in the presence of Honorable Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Sangeeta Balwant, Municipal Councilor Sarita Agarwal, and BJP District President Om Prakash Rai. The program was inaugurated by lighting a lamp by Honorable Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Sangeeta Balwant. Following the inauguration, the program concluded with a welcome song by the girls of GGIC Girls College. Following this, Rakesh Kumar presented a welcome song for the guests, making the event captivating and interesting. The program, “Adopt Swadeshi, Make the Country Self-Reliant,” was organized by the District Industries Broadcasting and Entrepreneurship Development Center.
While visiting the exhibition/fair organized at the UP Trade Show Swadeshi Mela 2025, the Honorable Rajya Sabha MP distributed two sarees worth ₹1,500. And he said that similar styles should be used in future also so that people can become aware and my Uttar Pradesh can become a self-reliant country.
